Shantell's Natural Hair ships in the USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and United Kingdom!
If any products melt during shipping please place products in a cool dry area or in fridge.
It is not our responsibility if products are opened during shipping by the shipping carrier.
All products will ship via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX!
Shipping fees and taxes will be added at the end of your checkout.​
Shipping costs depends on the order date you choose to be shipped and state that you live in.
You will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.
If you do not see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
Once your order has shipped, please use the tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.
Shipping within the US may take approximately 3-7 business days.
Shipping outside of the US approximately take 3-12 business days.
Processing on orders take approximately 2-4 business days.
Keep in mind to please give us time with your order as we sometimes have a high volume.
If there is any delay in processing or shipping off your order to the shipping carrier we will let you know via email.
Shantell's Natural Hair is not liable for loss orders if the tracking number shows that the order was delivered.

Our products contain oils, fragrance, butters and other ingredients from natural nuts, seeds and fruit etc. If you have any allergies to any ingredient from our products please read the product label carefully. We recommend that people with sensitive skin or may be allergic to any of our products please perform a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Shantell's Natural Hair products are made with natural and organic ingredients. Everyone reactions differently to products so if you purchase any of our products you are purchasing at your own risk! If sensitivity occurs, discontinue immediately. If you are uncertain about possible sensitivity, always do a patch test before use or consult your healthcare professional.

Shantell's Natural Hair has done home lab testing only. Shantell's Natural Hair is not held responsible for any customer that uses our products and may have a reaction to it. You as a customer accept FULL responsibility if continued use of or purchase of products without complete or extensive knowledge about product ingredients and/or functions. Our Glitters that we use in our lip glosses are safe according to the company that we purchased it from. We personally have tested ALL of my products on ourselves, and have used them with no issues at all or reactions to our skin or hair. The FDA STATES that COSMETIC products and ingredients DO NOT need to be FDA approval before they go on the market, However, the FDA leaves it up to the manufacturer to ensure the safety of cosmetic products to sell to customers. NO specific tests are required to show safety, but they state that companies are to make sure that they do whatever testing possible to make sure that cosmetic products are safe. All of our products are handmade, homemade, natural and or organic and properly handled and with no cross-contamination. Shantell's Natural Hair is very strict on how we make and care for our products and we make sure that our products are high quality.
